If the LED indicator still does not turn on, contact NUVTON® support or your seller.
There is a problem with electronics or some other internal problem.It should be diagnosed by the GRAH UVTECH repair and diagnostic team.

Lamp should be replaced.
Please replace the lamp according to instructions – PAGE 39 of the user manual.
Ambient temperature too high combined with the total time of device usage.
This does not harm the UV-C lamp, however the UV-C output is lower consequentially. Therefore, you should rely on the indicator light on the handle. If it is blinking green, then the UV-C output is too low; if it is permanent green, then the optimal UV-C output is reached.
Inappropriate handling of the device.
Unplug device from the power immediately. Clean the device, then replace the lamp as shown in the lamp replacement section. Caution! Lamp contains poisonous mercury. Broken parts should be handled according to: https://www.epa.gov/cfl/cleaning-broken-cfl

• Old lamp installed• Maximum lifetime of lamp reached
• Replace the UV-C lamp• If the issue doesn’t go away by replacing the lamp, please contact NUVTON® support or your seller
• Device overheating
• Switch off the device and wait for the lamp to cool down.
